Being on-call for her customers comes naturally to Lindsey. Energetic, positive, and ready to solve any challenge that comes her way, she always keeps her eye on the ultimate goal: customer satisfaction.
Lindsey thrives on ensuring customers get the answers they need and feel supported throughout their experience. She enjoys hosting educational webinars and creating video tutorials for our Knowledge Base. She develops customer relationships’ that promote retention and loyalty while gaining real-life feedback that guides our product roadmap.
She truly is an advocate for our customers and always thinks about what success means from her customer’s perspective. While much of Lindsey’s role is customer-facing, she does have a technical hat that she wears! You may even find her setting up customer environments and answering service desk tickets.
She recently obtained her CCSM Level I Certification from SuccessHACKER, the only recognized and accredited program for Customer Success Managers who are ready to expand their industry knowledge. Lindsey aspires to gain additional certification from SuccessHACKER soon. She is a vital asset to our team, providing high-quality onboarding and implementation services to our user base.
