Information We Collect and Sources of Information 

We collect Personal Information about you when you provide it to Us directly. We may also receive information about you from third party sources, or through automated collection and tracking features associated with Our products and services. The categories of Personal Information We collect are described below. Some MPOWR products or services may collect different or additional categories of Personal Information which will be explained in more detail within the privacy policy for those specific products or services. 

Identifiers.   We collect personal identifiers about you, such as name, postal address, email address, and phone number. We collect this information when you provide it to Us directly (such as when you sign up for a service). We may collect this information from third party sources (such as from trade shows or other business gatherings which are designed to facilitate showcasing products and exchanging business contact information). We may also collect this information from publicly available sources (such as professional business listings or business-related social media). 

Commercial Information We collect information about the products or services you obtain from MPOWR by tracking your licensing activity in Our system 

Geolocation or Sensory Data.  MPOWR products and services may access the camera, photos, contacts, location services, and microphone on the device you use to access Our products or services. You should consult the operating manual or technical support for your device to better understand how this works and how you may disable or adjust these settings. 

Professional or Employment-Related Information We may collect information about your professional position in the course of licensing Our products and services to your employer or a business you own or operate. 

Internet or Similar Network Activity. We log all connections to Our web servers.
